Isn't January the month to recover after the holidays?? (ha, ha) It seems this year was everything but that...we had birthday parties, school activities, tons of Dr. appointment's (Colin's ever lasting sickness), friend get togethers, play-dates every week, and family in from out of town...We blinked and January was gone! But with three kids, there's no way around it and I wouldn't want it any other way...I just have to keep reminding myself to take alot of pictures, so we can look back one day and enjoy the memories! :)
Ryan got his first real BB gun for Christmas this year...(he was so excited) he couldn't wait to go sight it in with Dad...
...So we took him down to Ox Frame and let him practice...(There's so many awesome places to drive to in the mountains behind our house, but this particular place has a big cow pond, and it's really beautiful! It's one of our favorites!)

We also had some really sad news this month...Lucas's Grandpa Jim passed away at the age of 87 (Lucas's mom's father). Lucas was very close to him his whole life. There was a beautiful ceremony for him on the ranch, so alot of family that live out of town that we hardly get to see, flew in for it ...it was great to reconnect with them...This is a picture of most of the girl cousins and sister-in laws on the Bell side of the family.
